Can't connect to AD.

Hello, I've currently some problems to connect to the AD. When I test the username there is an error.
My domain otp.test
The AD server is serverad
and the account for synchronisation is sync

The Base DN is DC=serverad,DC=otp,DC=test
the Bind DN CN=sync,CN=Users,DC=otp,DC=test
with the correct password.

What did I do wrong.

Hello Slan,

Your Base DN is false, you don't have to give the name of the AD server. The correct BaseDN should be DC=otp,DC=test

Are you connecting using LDAPS with a Windows 2012R2 server? If yes, it is now supported in the last beta version available here: http://download.multiotp.net/beta/

Hello I'm using the VM version

So I successfully logged in the test button in the connection window but when I try to connect through the USG 110 I can't log in but I still successfully logged in the test button of connection page of the USG.

Is there something that I've forgotten

Your USG must sent requests using the RADIUS protocol to the multiOTP Pro appliance.

As you are using "multiOTP Pro" and not "multiOTP open source", please open a new post in the multiOTP Pro forum (http://forum.multiotp.com/) if your issue is still not resolved.
