Can't connect to AD.
Hello, I've currently some problems to connect to the AD. When I test the username there is an error.
My domain otp.test
The AD server is serverad
and the account for synchronisation is sync
The Base DN is DC=serverad,DC=otp,DC=test
the Bind DN CN=sync,CN=Users,DC=otp,DC=test
with the correct password.
What did I do wrong.

Your Base DN is false, you don't have to give the name of the AD server. The correct BaseDN should be DC=otp,DC=test
Are you connecting using LDAPS with a Windows 2012R2 server? If yes, it is now supported in the last beta version available here: http://download.multiotp.net/beta/

Your USG must sent requests using the RADIUS protocol to the multiOTP Pro appliance.

As you are using "multiOTP Pro" and not "multiOTP open source", please open a new post in the multiOTP Pro forum (http://forum.multiotp.com/) if your issue is still not resolved.
